Some of you know I miscarried in September. Unfortunately, I developed a postpartum panic disorder with dissociative symptoms and was unable to care for myself. As I prepare for a much more robust postpartum experience, I want to set myself up for success! Part of that is having my placenta encapsulated in the hopes that it might help in case things get rough.
In addition, we are planning a home birth with the help of a wonderful Midwife, her assistant, and a doula. I have recently transitioned to a part-time position which has changed my health insurance coverage and income. Paying for the assistant and the doula looks like a pretty big challenge right now, so any support is sincerely appreciated by Cole and myself. Thank you!
