Slalom Kayak Racing Fund
Hi, this is Evy! I'm a USA Canoe/Kayak Regional Team Member in K1W and C1W. I created this fundraiser to help pay for my training and racing expenses during 2017. In addition to regional races here in the U.S., I'll be going to Europe to defend my title in the ECA Junior World Cup races. I'm looking forward to a great year of paddling!

Had so much fun in Europe! I won all five of the ECA Junior Cup Races that I raced in: two in Solkan, Slovenia; one in Flattach, Austria; and two in Augsburg, Germany. Already looking forward to next year's races!!!

Had an awesome time racing at the NOC Family Fun Weekend! I placed first in the 5K adventure run and the slalom race in K1W and C1W.

I spent the weekend training on the Ocoee River - the site of the 1996 Olympics - and at the US National Whitewater Center in Charlotte. Can't wait for Europe!

My training course is on the Nantahala River, home of 23 Olympians and 14 World Champions, and the host site of numerous World and National Championship events.
