I need to save us, I need to find a lawyer, so I can go into housing court to appeal the eviction. That isn't my fault, I need help to fight and defend myself , for my son anything will help and be greatly appreciated

Latest Update

Well one more thing to add to my bad luck, no thanks to the state of Massachusetts I've lost something that helped out and saved me from using money out of my pocket each month, but the state of Massachusetts screwed me again

I've written to the judge that was in the housing court on April 21 2016 and May 19 2016, I also wrote to the the management company as well that Presidential Gardens is controlled by, I included this picture with my letter to both. While I was out at my doctor's appointment getting my stitches out on November 30 2015, from a surgery on my foot on November 6 2015. When I returned home, I found my bedroom like this, due to the property manager let himself into my apartment without my knowledge and did this. My son and I are losing our home, for no fault our's at the end of June, my son doesn't deserve this, he is due to graduate from Haverhill high school next year 2017. I want to thank the few people that donated to my cause every little bit helps and is appreciated, I'm praying that the eviction will be dropped I'm taking deep breaths each day

I am amazed at the apathy toward this lady's plight! I'm sure many more people could easily spare a few bucks, every little bit adds up. Please reconsider your decision to not help this cause !! We're poor, but did spare a little to help. No one is asking for huge donations. Please have a heart for people about to become homeless through no fault of their own. Thank you.

  • Gary Crocker7 years ago Folks, apparently the seriousness of this cause has failed to register with the general public. This lady and her son are due to lose their residence by the end of AJune, unless an alternative solution is found, either a reversal of the eviction, or funds sufficient to rent a new place to live!! I, for one, don't want these people on the street!!! Time is short. God bless those who have helped, but much more is needed, and soon. Please search your hearts and do as much as you are comfortable with, as soon as possible. Thank you.
