UPDATE#2:
Jaxon is currently going through a procedure that should help his breathing. This will require him to be paralyzed for a month and then the doctors will swap out the current trak for a bigger one which will help his breathing and he won't have to be paralyzed so he doesn't move. Currently any activity he does causes stress to his body and breathing. We hope this helps him. Please keep him in your prayers.
UPDATE: Jaxon is currently being kept paralyzed due to his body fighting with the lung machine because his lungs are not growing with his body. There is no treatment at this time to rectify his condition. Therefore, he is being held in this paralytic condition every day. Your prayers and contributions for Jaxon's well being is greatly appreciated. Thank you
Our grandson Jaxon was born premature at 24 wks in Apr 2013. He has yet to come home with his Mom, Dad & new baby sister Aireanna. Our son, Raymond and wife Kristi travel to Lurie Children's hospital downtown Chicago, 1 1/2 hrs each way (during rush hour 2 hrs) every day to care for him, both work full time jobs. His parents are seeking a second opinion hoping to get answers to help him get better and to bring him home. He suffers from Chronic Lung Disease, Pulmonary Hypertension & Tracheobronchial Malacia. Our goal is to help raise money for their travel expenses back&forth to the hospital daily. Donations, no matter how small will be very much appreciated. Please keep Jaxon in your prayers.
