I was recently approached by Bryan Hoddle, Head Coach of the 2004 Athens Paralympics USA Track and Field team, about an opportunity to become a Jumper/Sprinter for Team USA in the 2016 Games. I have competed in track and field for 7 years. I have made regional teams and, more recently, placing 8th in the Oregon 6A State Championship meet in 2014. I am currently competing for the Oregon Running Club. Part of my journey to becoming a Paralympian, I need to compete in IC (international classification) meets to have national standard marks. Unfortunately, these meets are only available outside of Oregon. As a full-time college student at the University of Oregon, I’m unable to cover for the travel expenses. Your generous donations will directly fund my travel/accommodation expenses for these IC meets. Please help me get one leap closer to becoming part of Team USA participating in the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, the biggest sports stage in the world. Thank you in advance for your support! *Check payments have no fees so I’ll receive 100% of your donations; Credits have a small fee*
