As you know, Pascal is turning 40 in the next few weeks. Gifts are totally optional for his birthday. However if you were thinking of giving something, please consider contributing to the group gift to send him home for a visit. I had tried very hard to bring a couple of his people here from Kenya to surprise him, but unfortunately their visas did not come through. I think this is the next best thing, and would be very meaningful to him. Thanks for considering the group gift!
