Hi everyone--Karysa here! If you don't know me, I'm John's oldest daughter. My mom had a great idea to do a big group gift for my dad, for his birthday! THIS WILL BE A BIG SURPRISE! The idea is to present him with the gift at his party on 5/10. You do not have to attend to participate, we will be including a group card, with the names of everyone who contributes. IMPORTANT: We're only sending this link to people he's invited to the party, or close friends who aren't local. Instead of bringing an individual small gift (which you still can do if you want), we're asking everyone to pitch in what they are able, towards this awesome group gift!!! He is really excited about doing more gigs in the future, and this sweet setup will help him rock even more. We have a week to raise the $, in order to purchase the items in time for the party.

This is stuff he's specifically looked at and dreamed of having. We know he'll be stoked to get it! If we can't raise the full amount, we will gift him an Apple gift card towards the iPad. If we raise more than our goal, we will either upgrade the iPad or gift him the remaining funds in cash/gift cards to places he loves.
