The good news of God's kingdom continues to spread in Haiti! "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near." (Matt. 3:2)
The Haitian people have been on our hearts since we started our annual youth camps there in 2016 with 80 kids in a small community 4 hours North of Port Au Prince. Since then we've continued to partner with United Christians International (ucihaiti.org) who has been faithfully teaching, equipping, and uniting their local communities since 2005 despite political unrest, gang violence and other dark circumstances.
With them in our hearts and a goal to raise up the next generation of Haitian leaders, we couldn't be more excited for our 8th annual camp where we’ll host 300+ campers! The experience is a rare one for the 12-17 year olds who get to enjoy organized soccer games with official refs, jerseys, playoffs, meals, fellowship, and most importantly, they get to hear the good news of Jesus Christ. During past camps we’ve seen our heavenly Father call over 220 young men home and connect them with local churches and bibles, while hundreds of others around the camp have received prayer and other forms of practical love like meals, hygiene kits and more.
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9
But none of this is possible without the help of people like you. You may be excited about the Kingdom work or you may never want to step foot in church, whatever the case, we encourage you to partner with us to help people in need by giving what you can.
100% of your donations (tax-deductible) go directly towards the camp costs of meals, transportation, refs, balls, etc. with the remaining funds going towards campers’ school tuition.
