Repairs to the Manor
The Garden School of Beverly is a learn-by-doing horticultural and agricultural program that provides an opportunity for 18-24 year-olds to mature, explore interests, develop skills, acquire work-experience, and cultivate a sense of community through deeply meaningful work.
We are trying to raise $80K to restore the front of the historic manor on campus to it's original glory. These repairs will make usable the "great room", where we will host workshops and educational offerings, as well as provide space for cultural and community events. Most importantly, this space will be the common area for our residential students.
Please consider being a part of this long-overdue and majestic renewal. The Garden School is a 501(c)(3) non profit, so all donations are tax deductible.

Hello Garden Supporters! Thank you so much for all the contributions facilitating the repair of the historic manor on the property. Scout and Associates have done a fantastic job remediating the years of water damage and getting the building sealed up for winter. The manor had a terrible wound, but now it is healed. As anyone who has done a large renovation knows, there are countless “unexpecteds” and we have had many. But nonetheless, the integrity of the building has been restored and we march on. We are still looking for support to complete the repair of the great room where we will be able to host awesome events for the benefit of the community. This magnificent room overlooks the gardens that we have have been installing, and here we look forward to hosting garden fresh meals, social gatherings, art shows, lectures and discussions, musical performances and other events. We are creating a space to nourish the body, sharpen the mind, and expand the soul.
