Our mission is to spark cultural, educational, and economic development through creative and entrepreneurial investment in rural communities, starting with our pilot project in Southern Minnesota!

We have the opportunity to obtain the historic Three Sisters buildings on Main Street in Blue Earth for a below market price, but in return, we must raise $1M within the next 90 days to begin construction.

Upon completion, the newly renovated buildings will house several local businesses, such as an art gallery, wine/coffee bar, restaurant/bakery and tech company. The project plans also include amenities, such as an art studio, commercial test kitchen and performance venue, to provide opportunities for community education, cultural experiences and live music.

The vision for the Three Sisters buildings is built on the 5 Pillars of the Rural Renaissance Project:

1. Technology

2. Art & Culture

3. Local Food

4. Internet/Water/Energy

5. Health & Wellness

We believe in the community and believe this is a unique opportunity to show the world what Faribault county is capable of! Help us bring this vision to life by contributing to the project plans you are most interested in or providing a general contribution donation. We thank you for your support and look forward to working together to create opportunities for community growth!
