Hi Friends!
Well the time has come to try to get back to school full time in person as safely as possible. My district has made the decision to go back in person 100% starting this week and now more than ever my underprivileged students need our support. Many of the families in my class are all unemployed due to COVID and barely surviving throughout this pandemic. I have already given clothes and food to my students throughout the last few months to help wherever I can.
Unfortunately the students will NOT be allowed to share any supplies in the classroom so my usual community supplies I provide will not be allowed. Every student needs their own set of everything.
This year I will have many more students who can't afford a backpack or supplies, let alone snacks and food for after school. I am anticipating I will be buying everything from backpacks to clothes and shoes throughout the year.
If you'd like to help contribute my students and I will be very grateful for anything you can provide! You can choose from a category to the right or if you scroll down a contribution of your choice will pop up at the top and you can put in whatever amount you choose!
Thank you so much for your endless love and support!
Xoxo
Miss Leonard
