Send Me to Refit Training
Back in October I started taking Zumba and REFIT classes, and I love it. I've burnt calories, made friends, and had a ton of fun. Now I'm ready to take the next step and become an instructor. My goal is to offer free dance fitness classes at my church in order to provide a way for women to get fit without having to spend alot of money.
I only need to raise $199 by March 1st in order to participate in the training in April. Plus I'll need $25 for online CPR/AED certification. I believe that God will provide if this is His will, so please only give if you feel like you want to partner in this vision of fitness for every woman.

Here's Shelby watching me eat a piece of cake. The best time to photograph a dog is when they are focused on food. What does this have to do with dance fitness? Well when you workout at home you may have a sweetie pie like this underfoot, but when you workout at your church it can be your time to get away and dance. I think that every women should have a chance to get moving, get sweaty and get happy doing it. I'm so thankful that God has provided $70 for my REFIT training and I'm trusting he will provide the rest. Thank you for being a part of this so I can lead a free weekly class at my church.

This thumbs up is for you! I now have the support of 3 ladies from my church to help fund my REFIT instructor training. Joyce, Myriame, and Naomi you all are incredible ladies. I hope you all will join free classes starting at our church in April.

God is so faithful! Right now with the support of 2 friends I'm a little closer to my goal of raising $199 for REFIT instructor training! Each person that supports me with prayers or donations means a lot. I'm excited to bring free fitness classes to my church this April after I become a licensed instructor.

This picture was taken at the free Zumba class I've been attending. This was our last class before Christmas so we put funny Christmas headbands on and had a potluck after class. It's moments like these when you realize working out with other ladies can be more than just sweat and sore muscles. We're building community with like minded women who support each other's goals. Your support of my ReFit training class will enable me to teach a free class for Boise women. Thank you for your support!
