Going through a rough and expensive divorce, said no one ever.

This divorce started in June and has been a non stop battle, trial has been set for Mid March. I have joint custody of the children but I only have the kids for 8 overnights (weekends) a month as i work overnights. I have over 50% physical time with the children which is great. I provide all their meals Friday - Wednesday with the exception of my oldest daughter who is in school and eats lunch there.

I have bought clothing for the children and offered my ex to share these items and she flat out refused. Upon her moving out the first 2 trips to the house she was more worried about getting her personal items and household decor not the childrens belongings. She has since gotten several of their items but insists im denying her anything when i have all the proof to show otherwise.

I currently got ordered a hefty $933 child support payment even though i care for the children more. This now leaves me unable to provide for my children or myself. I was stuck with all the community debt that my ex racked up after she moved out including her car payment which is still in her possession and was driven by her up to the insurance and licensing expiring when she bought herself a new car.

Between both vehicle payments, my mortgage payment and child support this eats up all my income for a month. Even if i sold the house and got an apartment i would spend the same amount of money and would lose my weekday time with the children.

Divorce costs are racking up quick with trying to appeal everything and not lose my time with the kids.

Any contributions will help go towards the attorney fees and hope i can get out of this brutal divorce with everything being resolved how they should be.
