My ex and I parted ways over three years ago. We filed for divorce in Nashville, TN on February of 2013. I moved back home to Fort Wayne, IN. I have been back and forth to court in Nashville multiple times throughout these past three years in a effort to resolve this toxic marriage. Not one time in all the times I have been back to Nashville has my ex allowed me to visit with my daughter Isabella. My original attorney had quit due to the fact he was leaving his legal firm. I had paid Turner law firm over $6,000. I was passed around from attorney to attorney, they exhausted my funds and got absolutely NOTHING accomplished. I continue to pay child support every week although my daughters mother will not allow me any contact with my daughter. These past three years have been bitter sweet because although I have started a new life, a new family, I have not been able to see my daughter in Nashville due to this pending divorce. I am told by the judge that when I am divorced I will be able to take Isabella out of state to my home here in Indiana. She has missed 3years of family time with my side of her family. I am desperately wanting to get this divorce over so that regular visitations throughout the year can be set up and we can finally move forward. I would be so extremely grateful for anything at all that you would be willing to donate towards my cause! My goal is to raise enough money to pay for a new attorneys retainer fee.
