I have been a loving mom for 15 years. Two miscarriages and two beautiful girls ages 15 and 11. Their father abusive. Girls witnessed his anger, and abuse. He manipulated my girls and took them pending divorce. Saw my girls daily until June 2013. With no notice, he took them and stopped bringing them to me on my visititions..to sleep over, etc. No phone calls...nothing. When he did meet me..he chose a cemetery instead of dropping them off at my house ..their HOME. He would send them over to me and video tape them. They would sadly say they couldn't see me. They saw his abuse, and wont go against him out of fear. He cut them off from contact with my family which includes their three cousins whom they did everything together with. Last year he refused to allow them to attend their great-grandfather's funeral. I had to wait until they got to school to go get them. They were very close to him and confused by their father's behavior. Their Grandparents were eventually cut off from them too. I had a bad crooked lawyer for one year. He did nothing to help my girls. He admitted they were being abused. I had no money and couldn't fire him. He quit and is suing me for 62,000.00.
I am blessed to have a new lawyer( family scraped up 4,000.00 which is long gone). Going to trial end of February .
I Need money for expert witnesses who are willing to testify about parental alientation, child abuse, and my attorney fees. I am scared. I am a Juvenile Probation Officer, but ,do not have the funds to fight this. I know what has happened to my girls. I assess and help children daily at work. However, without expert witnesses, I am doomed. The court system is not an easy one.
I wont give in. My girls are being abused, brainwashed, and deprived of a healthy childhood. They are no longer allowed to attend church. They were Christians...now they are abused and confused. So much more to the story...
