My Name is Ruth I was diagnose a year ago with Kidney Cancer and put on restrictions by my doctor. Because of my restrictions I was terminated from my job nine months later. Since then my house has flooded and need repairs, my mortgage is due and there is a chance I could lose my vehicle as well.
I'm not asking for pity or sympathy, I just want a chance to give back. I believe losing my job was a temporary set back and setup to move forward and not pity myself for I AM A SURVIVOR. I am determined to become an entrepreneur and start my own business with a Cancer Awareness Website ( www.2-hope.com). On the site I wish to sell inspirational merchandise, Cancer Apparel and Cancer get well cards. I also, wish to give informative information on up and coming Cancer events and develop a Community Outreach Center.
The funds will be used for a website startup, purchase a brick and motar building, inventory and organize Cancer Walk-a-thons. To find out you have Cancer is divesting and can be an uphill battle, fear of losing your job should not be a battle you should have to fight as well. I’m hoping to reach people who can help and understand the hardship Cancer can put on a person. Please have your friends donate to the cause.
