My name is Nika. I am a single mother of 2. I have been out of work since March 13 due to COVID - 19. My children and I have been making it as far as groceries & other essentials w/ the help of friends, but my rent payments have been neglected due to my lack of income. The current halt on evictions ends July 25th & I ‘m afraid me and my children will be evicted. The amount I am humbly requesting is $2615.00. It’s not the full amount, but the amount I need to pay in order to be place on a payment plan for the remaining balance. Unfortunately I’ve had no luck drawing unemployment and because one of my children is considered high risk, I’m not sure when I’ll be able to return to work. I’m asking for your help with this matter and I truly thank you for caring enough to donate. Thank You.
