My daughter found out she was expecting twins and recently had found out they were identical girls with ttts, twin to twin transfusion syndrome, that makes the babies very sick. I recently had to leave my job to come help my daughter after she had lasor surgery to help the babies. The surgery left her unable to do very much on her own. Some of the things being, taking care of her son, working, and even doing house hold chores like vaccuming and the dishes. Specialists have informed us that even tho the surgery went well, she still is at risk of early labor and the babies being born prematurely from here till estimated due date of Feb. 1st. Every week we have to drive to Uof M in Ann Arbor which is 80 miles, about an hour and a half, one way because she is very high risk. She has a car payment for the vehicle that transports us to and fron her appointments in Ann Arbor and there are bills piling up. We have never been in the position to be able to save so we have absolutely nothing to fall back on. Friends and family are helping as much as they can to their ability, yet everyone has their own things going on. We have yet to be able to get the twins anything as of to this day because of all of the expenses going back and forth from appointments and me having to leave the job i had. Even though i am currently looking for employment we still need help at the moment. Any donations would be a big help in tgis trying situation and would be appreciated by my daughter, i, and the twins. Thank you for reading and keep her and my unborn grand daughters in prayers.

Latest Update

Okay update : so far puper is in the clear, she has no extra fluids and shes thriving. Paige yet she hasn't exactly gotten better, shes stable which is good. In 6-8 weeks we will be doing a MRI to see what all has happened in her brain and to tell at what extent the damage is. Thank you all for helping in any way possible, its appreciated.

UPDATE: The girls are stable! Not worse and not better but thats a good thing. Paige is showing that she may have popped a vessel in her brain though which can cause from just math difficulties to having worse issues later on, but i rather have a special little one then either one giving up! ♡

Paiges heart looks better, not by much but its improvement and she has no extra fluids in her body, the fluids in the sack are natural and shes moving all around but now piper has extra fluid in her stomach.... so theyre going back and forth like theyre trying to balance each other. Right now we can only play the waiting game.

We had an appointment for the twins in ann arbor today. The doctors did an ultrasound and we found out piper is doing good except for a little bit of a low blood count , but paige is not doing as well. Shes taking the lasor surgery very hard and even though she has more wiggle room, fluids, and shes moving around, she is also showing signs of heart failure. We are now having to go to ann arbor twice a week for check ups for the twins. Any help would be greatly appreciated and is very needed. I thank all who helps.
