My fund campaign is to supplement income for my pending leave of absence from my work as a Physical Therapist; because of my shoulder surgery procedure. Unfortunately, I do not have short term disability insurance, this is not a workers compensation case, and I do not qualify for any state or local programs. I also do not have the savings to get my family through this time. The recovery/rehab is 9 weeks; of which I have 2 weeks of time off saved. Employees at my job have donated another 2 weeks of their own time to get me through this temporary hardship for which I am blessed. Any words of words of encouragement/wisdom; as well as any contributions are appreciated.

Thank you in advance; Sincerely,

Pat Altenor

Latest Update

Thanks to my co-workers at Einstein Home Health that donated 7 weeks of paid time off giving me time to recover from my surgery. Their support inspires me to commit to a full recovery. Thank you to friends and family for reaching out with support and encouragement.
