On October 12th, Courtney will be undergoing a double mastectomy due to a recent breast cancer diagnosis and would love the support of friends and family. This will be the 1st of 3 surgeries she will undergo in the next 9-12 months. The good news is that the doctors feel strongly that she most likely will not need chemo/radiation. However, the surgery has a 4-6 week recovery time. We set this up for Courtney to help her with her family’s ongoing needs. Instead of meals, the Butorac family could use things like housecleaning, restaurant delivery gift cards, physical items from an amazon wish list (for recovery), and some babysitting funds for Leo and Mario. Maybe even a date night for Vince and Courtney! There are two options on this website for payment (PayPal and credit). If you prefer to VENMO Courtney for an item, you can contribute directly on your own.
This is a long process for the family and things will not be back to normal for them for close to a year. Courtney will keep us updated through this website about her post surgery journey and we will use a Sign-Up-Genius to fulfill any non-monetary potential needs that may come up.
