...And just like that, four years flew by!
On May 18, 2018, Camri will graduate from Winston-Salem State University (WSSU) with her Bachelor's of Arts & Sciences in Psychology.
Camri is graduating with recognition in, and induction into:
- The National Honors Society
- Dean's List Honoree
- Graduate of Distinction in the field of Psychology
- WSSU Student Legacy Leader
While managing a full-time course load and earning a 3.0 - 3.75 GPA each semester, Camri served her University as a Resident Assistant where she was responsible for the transition to college, mentoring, and housing safety of 60 incoming freshman girls each semester. She also worked two part-time jobs, completed an internship in Family Therapy, and documented well over 100 hours of community service advocating for Voter Registration Rights in North Carolina and HBCU funding.
Last month, Camri received acceptance into Graduate School at North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC where she plans to complete her Master's in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Counseling & Therapy. Camri will be relocating to Durham on June 1, 2018 to begin her studies in the fall of 2018.
We are incredibly humbled by, and proud of this amazing young woman. Thank you for celebrating this milestone in her life and for your graduation gift-- We appreciate you!
