Make Your Own!

In December, my sister, Christine, was diagnosed with a very rare ocular melanoma (different than skin cancer) and the great news is that her cancer is treatable! In late February she'll have radiation treatment with radiation 'seeds' implanted in her eye. Several days later the seeds will be removed and the expectation is that this treatment will be effective in shrinking the tumor.
While there are risks to her vision and potential for this type of cancer to metastasize down the road, we're thankful for a relatively quick, painless, and straight-forward cancer treatment!
This is where her friends and family come in! As a single parent with private health insurance and out-of-pocket treatment costs nearing $15,000, she'll need some help to off-set those expenses. Any donation, no matter how big or small, will benefit Christine's cancer treatment!
