Sebastian lost his courageous battle with congenital heart disease (HLHS) on July 20, 2016. He came into this world with half a heart, but lived life fully! He loved Thomas the Train, Cars, Sprout TV, camping, water, the ABCs, and counting. He loved his friends and his doggies Foxy and Tut.
Sebastian spent his whole life beating the odds and making the world fall in love with him. After surviving the 3 open heart surgeries HLHSers need, he went into sudden heart failure on Mother's Day. He spent the past three months in the Cardiac ICU and had even gotten well enough to be moved out of the ICU for almost a week. He was waiting for the gift of a new heart but his little heart couldn't keep up. He will be missed deeply.
Let's help Liz and Grey get their baby boy back to Oregon and take away the burden of funeral expenses.

You should contact Raise For Rowyn. It is a charity that pays for children's funeral expenses.

I would like everyone who is attending the funeral services to know I have been asked to photograph the services. I would never want to make anyone feel uncomfortable in any way. If you are not comfortable being photographed, please let me or the director know. I am here to help honor Liz's request to have the services documented. Thank you for your respect and understanding.
