My son Doug received a phone call Saturday, August 5 that his father had passed away .
The picture you see above is the last good memorable memory my son will have of him and his father . This was my my son got married in 2015 . His father drove with a friend from Colorado to the wedding in Florida despite him being on dialysis.
The last time my son seen his father was in June of this year 2017 when he went to see him in Colorado after receiving a phone call he was dying of cancer. At that time he made arrangements with hospice for him to go home until it was time for him to pass on. My son and his wife will be traveling to Colorado to settle all matters concerning his father and saying goodbye.
This is going to be a great expense for him and his wife financially . His wife is going in for surgery which is also a financial setback.
My son is unaware that I am reaching out for you to assist in his time of need and grieving. Every little bit helps and I thank you for your prayers and monetary gift. This is such a hard time for all of us.
There is a song his father wanted those that know him and love him to remember him by at this time. Find it on YouTube
