Currently "Mini me" the slipper foot mini mare is on a Colorado Feedlot and going to ship to slaughter in Mexico on Monday August 21st at 9am. The bids for shipping were around $1200. Her fee to save is $305.00 which I'm going to cover along with the fees to board until paperwork & vet cert is completed which is around $300. There will be farrier services for the next several months to a year to get her feet suitable! If you want to donate to help get her to Oregon that would be awesome! She will be given a life-long home on my farm of rescues and anyone is welcome to come visit :) Thank you!!
UPDATE:8/20/17- The mini is safe, I paid her bail yesterday!
UPDATE: 8/21/17- I was able to get a bid to transport her for $1000 from a transporter I have used in the past who it good!
-She will be picked up from the feedlot on Thursday, they will get her first feet trim while she is at quarantine so she can travel with less discomfort!
Everyone who has donated is amazing and I can't thank you enough! Saving these animals is extremely costly so for you to contribute your own funds is beyond the call of duty <3
Update 9/2/17- Cinderella had her teeth looked at today and was aged around 20years! She's a senior but has the spirit of a young horse! Hoping we can get her transported next weekend 😍
