Opening an awesome INDOOR DOG PARK AND DAYCARE in Bay City Mi, .
It will have an indoor 🐕 arena, both for small dogs and large dogs, swimming pool, obstacle course, training rooms, classes both for little ones, adults and furbabies. Outside area, adoption events, spay & neuter clinics. Claw machines with toys and bones for dogs. Bath/Shower station. Monthly newsletter.
Dog Daycare facility with trained staff.
Facility will be about 15,000-20,000 sq. Ft,

- Emily Schaefer5 years ago This sounds like a really great idea. I'd really like to see a breakdown of the startup cost estimate though. Do you have a parcel of land picked out? An estimate from a builder? Do you have a blue print of the building? After it's built, what kind of revenue will it need to sustain itself? Where will you find qualified staff for the training/daycare/clinic?
