Gouda came to us via Animal Regulation after being hit by a car. Both his Tibia and Fibula were broken and he couldn't stand. Because he is only 4 months old, we know he is very afraid being injured and displaced from his home. In an effort to get him out of the shelter quickly, we are asking for your help to raise the $2,000 for his much needed surgical repair.
