Lady has been diagnosed with a diaphragmatic hernia. What that means is there's a hole in her diaphragm and her liver has migrated up into her chest. This is causing some difficulty breathing and other symptoms.
Lady is my emotional support animal. She is my little baby bowling ball, my goofy girl. I love her so much more than I ever thought I could love a cat.
When she's sick, I kind of turn into a wreck. And to get her back in working order and back to being an annoying little brat that wakes me up at 5 AM every morning for fresh wet food, that greets me at the door when I come home from work and demands to be pet before I do anything else, that runs between my legs to trip me when I get up to do anything in the house because she can't stand not being in the same room as me, I need to get her liver back down into her abdomen.
