UPDATE 9/17/19: Nemo has made a 100% recovery! He received his final meds a few weeks ago and his bloodwork looks better than ever. Thank you all for your help when we needed it! XOXO

UPDATE: Nemo is recovering! It seems all will be well. The bills are far beyond what I could afford but I was able to get Care Credit. I am stopping the fundraiser and thank everyone for their support! Nemo has IMHA (Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia) in which his body attacks his red blood cells. With medication and care, he will recover. > Original post: I adopted my dog, Nemo, in May 2018 after my Scootie passed last December from kidney failure. Scoot was over 17 years old. Nemo is almost 10 but he is a vibrant and lovable pup. But now he is sick. I couldn't save Scoot but I am hoping my friends will help me save Nemo.

It seems Nemo is bleeding internally. He is anemic. Today we went to the vet and did blood work and x-rays. Nothing showed up. Tomorrow I will take him to the emergency clinic where he may need an ultrasound and a transfusion and hopefully they will find the bleeding so it can be stopped. I am hopeful that all will be well but although I have taken on more work, the cash flow has not increased yet and I need funds to move since my property owner will move herself into my current home on December 1. I know this is a bad time and many people throughout the Carolinas and Florida need our support but I am not asking for donations. I am asking my friends to loan some funds to me so I can do everything possible to save my little Nemo. If you can contribute, please include your name and email so I can pay you back. It will take me some time so please have patience but I will make sure everyone receives their contribution in return. I don't know what we are in for. I will know more tomorro
