This fund is for Penelope's Birthday. Instead of having to drive to the store and try to figure out what to get a 4 year old girl for her birthday, wrap it, and then buy a card, I thought, what better gift than the gift of helping with Penny's education?!? This year if you decide to give a monetary gift to Penny then 25% will go towards her picking out one big gift from Toys'r us. The other 75% will go into a college fund that I have set up for her. Thanks for being a friend and remember a gift is not mandatory or even necessary. But, if you want to give something, this would be the best thing. Thank you so much!!
