Megan is a bright 20 year old finishing her 2nd semester of her sophomore year and finding herself at the maximum loan amounts available for her to pay for her education. I as her mother am unable to pay for her education because of a very difficult injury which left me disabled because of my back problems. Not only am I on a very fixed income but 8 years ago when Meg was only 13 her father passed very suddenly from a heart attack leaving her with no money(he was on disability at the time as well.) She is working 2 and 3 jobs at a time trying to pay for school but has still found herself $9000 short. If we don't find the funds to help pay this debt soon, she will have to drop out of school and all the loans so far will be for not without a full education. It is her dream to help kids with sports injuries as a sports medicine doctor. It is my dream that she get her education, go to medical school, become the great healing doctor I know she can be and never need to ask another thing of another person ever, that in turn she can give back what's been given to her. If you can help, please will you? An education is a terrible thing to waste!!!
