Garland Banks, Jr. ("J.R. Steamer"" will be embarking on a new journey as he enters College Life at Texas Southern University. He will be a New Member of the TSU Ocean of Soul Marching Band. Thankfully, he has been blessed with some great roommates but he still is in need of certain household items to make his life a bit easier. No amount is too small.
