I'm a college grad who's been self-employed for many years doing private tutoring, pet care, childcare & light bookkeeping. But, I was injured working for the Census Bureau in 2010 with a severe ankle sprain that triggered chronic pain in both feet & legs from Complex Regional Pain Syndrome & Fibromyalgia. I also have chronic pain from ovarian cysts, along with depression from living with pain for over 3 years. I live alone & haven't been able to work lately, so I've run-out of money to cover my living expenses & I really need help paying rent for March. I applied for Social Security Disability, because worker's comp cut me off in 2011, but it's very difficult to get approved & I also need money to pay for proper medical evaluations from doctors who know how to help patients get approved by writing the right kinds of medical reports. Without the right doctors, my chances of getting approved are very slim. This pic is of me before my injury. Thank you for anything you can contribute!!
