Elder David Hampton Scholarship
On April 12, 2016, Elder David Hampton, age 18, fell from his bike into oncoming traffic and was killed while serving an LDS mission in Taiwan. David was excited to go on his mission to serve and teach, and he worked hard to get there. He ended every letter home with the phrase, "it isn't about you," and he truly strove to live by that phrase. Now, we would love to honor David by continuing in that theme of caring for others. If you would like to help us honor and celebrate David, feel free to join us in creating the David Hampton scholarship fund, to make a scholarship for students who exhibit the same character and qualities as David.
