To anyone reading,
I never thought I would be in a position to ask for help from others. But, of course I have found myself in this somewhat embarrassing position. I have attempted to save and budget for the repairs but various costs and events have continually arose preventing me from being able to to so. I have always believed in Karma and have done much in my life, to help others. Before being laid off from the position I held with my last company for 8 years I continually contributed to charities monthly, to the community, helped strangers whenever I saw the opportunity or need. I haven't been able to do as much as I would like since being laid off, while deciding then to further work towards my college degree (Computer Science, Network/Security) while working another job.
At this point, out of desperation due to my inspection now being past due (as of end of June 2013) - I am posting in the hopes that I can gather the help needed to ensure that I can continue to work and go to school. My one tire was deflating and I had to use Fix-A-Flat about 6 weeks ago and I fear daily that it will give out.
I know it's likely often said, and is true, however I just want to say - anything that anyone can and does contribute is appreciated beyond any words can convey. Like I said, I have never been in the position to need help and have also been in the position helping others. So the feelings had while posting this is all very foreign to me - but one that gives me an even greater respect for others in need. It's not easy to get to the point where you actually need to ask for help.
Again, thank you, sincerely for anything you can do to help. I promise that when I find myself in a better position as I once was it will be paid forward multiple times over.
Thanks,
Chris
