We are asking for your help to fund a parade float for the Toronto Nagar Kirtan that will showcase the contributions that Canadian Sikhs have made to all facets of Canadian society.
The float will feature over 25 greater than life size prints of a diverse group of Canadian Sikhs including athletes, professionals, families, media personalities, and seva groups (e.g., Khalsa Aid).
Your donation will be put toward the cost of printing and building materials, however the labor, construction, and operation of the float will be completed through volunteer work.
The float will be re-usable, and we hope to scale our operation to build a more elaborate float in time for next year's Nagar Kirtan.
