FRIENDS AND MUSIC LOVERS! Del & The Rad Rompers, our traditional jazz band in New York, is going to record it's first full length album this March 2017. We're excited to have you be a part of our recording process. If you haven't heard us play before, you can hear our music right here: TheRadRompers.com The album has hot and sweet traditional jazz songs like "Dinah"& "Louisiana Fairytale," and well known swing tunes like "Blue Skies."
THE COSTS!
Musicians-$700 We believe that musicians deserve to be paid something for their work, even if it's in a small way. This amount goes directly towards paying the musicians for pouring out their emotions all afternoon in the studio, and gets them some food to replenish their spirits.
Studio Recording & Mixing-$350 We were lucky enough to find an excellent sound engineer who believes in our music and is working for a reduced wage to see our project is done right and to the end.
CD Manufacturing-$550 This is the cost for putting all the great tunes onto a CD, packaging the CD, and buying rights to use certain songs.
