Gyroscope Farm is a new venture that needs support. Growing on the idea that self sufficiency is becoming more important to learn, Gyroscope Farm is a one woman business. I am seeking help to build my farm so that I can share the wealth with others, building the idea of community while educating. Bringing together years of working knowledge from other farms I've worked on, plus learned skills like canning, knitting, gardening and other skills, as well as a masters degree in education, I am hoping to share my educational opportunities along with fresh produce, meat, and fiber from fresh farm raised produce and animals.
People would be welcome to the farm to spend overnights at our B&B, participate in a Farm Stay, come to classes, or just stop buy to get some seasonally fresh produce, or freshly butchered meat. By offering these opportunities to people in the Willamette Valley, I am hoping to help people learn how to do some things themselves, know how to find the resources if they don't know how to do something, and to make connections with people who can do other farm related tasks.
Thank you for your help. You are welcome to visit out website:

Thanks to all of you for helping out!! The process has begun to make the first chicken coop for the five chicks already in-house (literally!) Today we have also gotten our first plants of the season - lavender and tomatoes. Next - walnut cutting will be cut and started with root grow to give a good start!
