Help start my music career

Ok so for those of you who don't know me my name is Matt Janz. I have been living in Calgary for most of my life and have had a passion for music since day one. My biggest aspiration in life is to sing and spread a message across the world. I have been writing songs since I was 15 and have had the opportunity to meet and perform for some wicked people in the past. My heart yearns for my voice to be heard and making my own music is the first step in many to reach my goal. For those of you who do know me you know I can always be found singing something. You know that singing is what I was put on this earth to do. This is a huge shot in the dark but I have so much going on for myself this year. This year has 5 weddings, 3 of which are destination, and a car to save up for. All of the money I save over the next 9 months will be used for these amazing opportunities to grow and follow my sense of adventure as I have not been out of the country since I was 15. Getting back to the purpose of this crowdfunding venture though, I have a big dream for myself and I need to start working on this dream if I am ever to see the fruits of my labour. I am asking for some money to purchase recording equipment to get me started on my journey of stardom ;) The list below details some of the things I will need to start my project.

I have never felt a passion for anything more in my life and I am positive this is why I am on this earth. I just need a little help to get there. I reached a decision that I needed to focus on myself a bit more these past few years. Part of this revelation Is that I need to focus on how I like to make music. I have always been to recording studios where someone else gives me their vision for what they want. Now it's up to me to figure out my own place in the music industry and find my voice. Voice lessons are just to fine tune my gift, but everything else is necessary to dig deep into my soul and find what really speaks to me. Hopefully what speaks to me will have a message for the world because I think my time is fast approaching. Anyways thank you everyone for even taking the time to read this.
