Friends and family, thanks for checking out our registry! We are very fortunate to already have many of the essentials we need in life, so instead of a typical registry we are asking folks to contribute to our tractor fund. Let us introduce you to our orange beauty!
She's a 2010 Kubota MX5100 hydrostatic tractor with a bucket loader. Weighing in at 3,774 pounds with a 52 horsepower diesel engine, she handles any job big or small. We use the tractor to pull a variety of 3-point attachments, move compost piles, clear brush, and perform all the heavy lifting around the farm. She originally came from a dairy farm in New Jersey, and now she's ready to live out her days here at Holy Cow Farm.
Starting a farm business from scratch involves a hefty investment in equipment and infrastructure, but perhaps none is more important than the tractor. We are currently financing the purchase, but are hoping to put a dent in what we owe through the generous contributions of our friends and family! We appreciate any gift of any size.
