This is hard for me because I have always been self sufficient. For many out there, mental illness is all to real. I've dealt with anxiety and depression for a few years now. Recently I've been diagnosed with bipolar. I've worked as a nurse for over 10 years, and until the last year my mental health has gotten to the point to where it interferes with work. I've gotten to the point to where I have applied for disability and food stamps. Today I was told I was denied for disability. I have been told this happens a lot and I have to appeal. I am trying to get therapy and get back to the point to where I can work. I don't like asking for things, I've always volunteered to help those in need. Now I sit here in a need position. I know and truly believe God will take care of me. If it is in your heart to help, I truly would be blessed. Be blessed by blessing others.
