S.O.S. (Save Our Sam)
Like George Bailey in Frank Capra's holiday classic "It's A Wonderful Life", I'm in need of $8,000 ASAP. After assisting others to the tune of about $16K last year, I'm now in need of financial assistance. PlumFund allows no more than 500 characters for this part, so I can't fully communicate & paint the picture of what I'm dealing with (+ most people don't really want to hear it all) which includes unpaid rent (since Sept), past due on all bills, checking account overdrawn, almost out of food, no income, all while uncussefully dealing with severe depression that has kept me from taking all the actions I know I need to (like having done this months ago, find a job, shower, clean, dishes, laundry, etc.). My goal date of 12/31/16 has arrived , & thanks to the 13 contributors thus far my hardship campaign fund has received $1,184.00 (less the 2.8% + $0.30 fee) for S.O.S. (Save Our Sam). This has allowed me to cover the past due portions of current bills to avoid service disruption + additional fees, I'll be able to get groceries, I'll be able to pay most of the current bills that are coming due again, & most of all I have a sense of a reprieve from the strain & stress of all that I'm dealing with coupled with feeling cared for from the contributions & words of support (from contributors & non-contributor alike). Although I'm not out of the woods at least it's stopped raining on me in the cold dark expanse of night, & the sun is up. ☀️ But, my campaign is not over! It will remain open to contributions for 30 more days. At that time it will automatically end. So please contribute if you can & share this with others who may be willing & able to help. 🙏
