On June 19th 2019, due to a sudden and unexpected heart attack, the Green family lost one of the family’s most important aspects, their loving father and husband, Scott Green. Mr. Green passed away in surgery. There are no words to describe how this unexpected loss has already impacted the Green family and is going to continue to impact them.
With this loss comes an immense amount of financial burdens and new hardships for the Green family. The Greens are a loving family with huge hearts and have been known to take in many rescue animals. Their zoo consists of four dogs and six cats, some in which require specific medicines and daily routines due to health issues of their own. The Greens currently have one daughter pursuing a career in education at ECU and another taking nursing courses at CPCC. These financial burdens are going to take a significant toll on their lives—finding ways to care for all their animals while continuing to put their girls through school. Scott’s wife Eileen and their kids, Tim, Emily, and Olivia’s lives have been changed immensely since Tuesday morning and their family could use all the assistance they can get. Please consider donating any amount to this deserving family in their time of need.
Scott was an amazing father and husband. He made occasional bad jokes but the most amazing mac and cheese in the world and will be missed dearly by all those who knew and loved him.
