Kim Arnold medical fund
On Sept 29th I underwent brain surgery to remove a large tumor from my cerrabellum that was growing towards my brain stem. The good news is they were able to remove about 90% of the tumor, now I am doing well recovering, however, I am off of work for 6-8 weeks with no short term disability and a high deductible insurance plan, (I didnt think this could happen to me)my medical bills are well over 10,000 dollars(which is just my deductible)and I will require ongoing treatment annually to monitor new growth. I am trying to raise money to offset this expense and daily survival until I am able to return to work full time. I was hesitant to create this account because i dont like to ask for help. But Every dollar counts right now. I am usually the one on the giving end, not asking for help so this is not easy for me to do. So I thank you in advance for any donations you can give during this difficult time physically, mentally and financially. I have been blessed that the tumor was found and there is no long term disabilities that have been detected and confirmed no cancer, thankfully. I would like to say Happy Holidays to all, as the end of the year draws near, I am looking forward to 2016 being a better year for me. I would like to thank the people that contributed to help me get through my difficult time. I am still trying too rebound from the time off work and just getting back to work, but I know it will all work out. If anybody is interested in contributing during December, it is appreciated. I will be closing this account as of 12/31. Jamie and I have decided that since this is such a difficult financial time for us, rather than gift exchange because we really cannot afford to, we will do an angel tree child instead. Jamie has requested this, which is a true giving experience for her. She wont go without either way, but I wanted to share the generosity of a 12 year old, and her unselfishness. She keeps me going through this every day. God Bless all of you, and Have a safe and Happy Holiday and a blessed new year.

Thanks to this guy, (who went to high school with my son and had a bit of a rough time back then) and an unexpected donation to my plumfund account, thanksgiving dinner will happen, I would like to share his statement : Kim, I pray for a speedy recovery. You are for sure one of the strongest women I know. I cant thank you enough for giving me a place to stay and food on the table when I needed it. Best wishes to you.

The bruises have gone, my hair is growing back, every day is a new struggle with pain, but the bills are piling in. Ready or not, it is time to get back to work. I have not been without an income in well over 25 years and this has been a major struggle for me, but with the donations that I did receive, I was able to keep food on the table and a roof over our head, so for that I thank you again for those that donated, and The Lord for watching over me and my daughter. The bills will get paid as I can pay them I suppose. Donations are still appreciated as i struggle to get back on my feet but I know it's a tough economy and With the holidays fast approaching, I just thank god every day that at least I have my life and my baby girl to look forward to every day. God bless and happy holidays to all if my friends, family and co-workers, both past and present.

I would like to thank those people who had in their hearts to help my cause. I have a long ways to go, but every dollar helps. I wish I was well enough to return to work but still have some time to go before I can return . but making progress every day.
