Father lost wife in 2011. He is an old Veteran. He believed the VS would fully cover all of his medical expenses if he became seriously ill or injured. This is a falsehood for old Vets. They only cover Medicare. During 2012 he was placed permanently at the VA firstly for 20 days then shipped out to the rest home in Los Angeles. His only income was a mere SIS check which the rest took every month without his permission or knowledge. He only had 50 in the bank. He would be approve for medical after being in the rest home for over 120 days. They allowed this silent billing to accumulate to take advantage of this senior who. Is a few years from 90. He needs a major spinal surgery and other problems. The rest home has threaten to kick him out and lie stating he has not paid his old debt they created. He needs help to cure the past due debt. Medical assistance and legal. Any contribution will be greatly appreciated. God bless you he is a saved Christian.
