After a life of working, my sister now finds herself on hard times. She suffered burns to the soles of her feet two years ago, has had 2 surgeries, countless treatments, and multiple skin grafts. She uses a wheelchair to avoid walking. High deductibles have resulted in unpaid medical bills. She buys weekly medical supplies and special medication. Her eyesight is also failing and needs correctable surgery. She is trying to survive on a social security check with no additional money to count on.

Our family wishes all of you a joyous and beautiful Christmas and holiday wishes as well as a healthful and happy 2017. Over the past several months, I have entered my sister into a Plumfund account (crowdfunding) to help her with necessary medical supplies and bill payments. I am still hoping for more donations to help her cause. To all of her donors thus far, thank you so much with all the love possible. To my other friends, there is still some time left (not much tho) to donate during this session ending December 31. It is the giving season and I pray that with more donations it will help her pay off more of her pressing bills that have been constant stress. Please look at her Plumfund account that shows her past medical issues. Thank you and please share!

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families. I am sending an update to Debbie's and my friends about her in what I hope will re-ignite some donations. With generosity she has managed to pay a couple of hospital bills that have been outstanding for quite awhile. It has helped but there is still much more to go. To catch up on her health, the end of September she had cataract surgery with lens implant but due to a dry blood sac above the eye, the doctor ran into a challenge. After 2 months, she is still Having difficulty seeing. The doctor claims it will take "awhile" to clear. We are waiting for it. While she can see somewhat, she still needs a magnifying glass to read. About a month ago, she had further skin grafting done on her foot which seems to be doing better each visit. Hallelujah! We hope it Is healing this time. Meanwhile, she is trying hard to pay past bills. Would you kindly think of her in your donations during the holidays? Thanks so very very much.

A quick update on Debbie's eye surgery. She's recuperating at home after repairing a blood sac above the eye and a cataract / lens implant. It's going to take a little longer than usual to be able to drive and see clearly but hopefully that will come quicker than expected. Hate seeing her go through all these medical issues. But I'm praying that this will be the beginning by seeing clearly again. It's taking a toll on her nervous system too, but one step at a time. I love my sister!

Once again, I thank those who have generously donated to assist my sister, Debbie. She's had a rough two weeks including a few days in the hospital. Tomorrow she is going in for corrective eye surgery. Please keep her in your prayers for a successful surgery in hopes that it will lead to a brighter future. I can only hope and pray that your contributions will continue. Please go onto Plumfund.com. Thank you so much for your kindness.
