Banjo 's Story:

Hi,

We were raising a litter of puppies and the week of March 24 of 2016 is when the happy puppies became sick (throwing up and lethargic) we took them to the vet on the following Saturday morning, parvo test and fecal were completed and dogs were treated for dehydration, put on antibiotic, we returned home and did as we were directed, in the next 12 hours we lost two puppies, we went to the Animal Emergency Clinic and did not make it there with the first that passed away, then next was his sister, we made it with her and the dr. was talking about doing a blood transfusion, then later said she would not make it if we did; so we ended up having to put her to sleep as she was not responding to any treatment......Then we still had little guy at the house, my husband took him back on Easter morning, his clotting factors were fine and they put him on Vitamin K and a wormer then this past Tuesday he started vomitting, as I did not want to lose him and it was after hours, we went back to the Emergency Clinic. A stomach xray was done and it was normal, then they put him on a different antibiotic, he did not perk up and we were back at the vet Friday, we picked him up and no one can still give us a definitive on what has gone wrong - they put him on 3 new medicines. Now yesterday, he keeps his eyes shut, my husband took him to the Emergency Clinic this morning and the vet said it's due to all the medicines he is taking.......He gave us a prescription and told us to see the vet in the morning. We are tapped out and still have bills. Please help us get Banjo healthy and get answers!!!! If you have ever had to watch a pet pass away and you couldn't prevent it, it's horrific and we are trying to keep Mr. Banjo with us as we have their mother. I kept the puppies because I didn't want to put them in a shelter and this has been heart breaking. The first seven weeks of their lives as soon as they could start walking they were happy go lucky and then all this has happened........We have been to Animal Medical Center and the Animal Emergency Clinic a total of 6 times.

Thanks so much for even considering to help.........
