Houdini's MRI Fundraiser
Houdini is a 7 years old Shih Tzu cross a permanent resident at Alberta Lost Pet Locator and Rescue Society Sanctuary
2 weeks ago Houdini started to have seizures
.We have tried different drugs but every time we think that Houdini's seizures are under control he has yet another seizure .
Our vet fears that Houdini's seizures might be due to him having a brain tumor
As much as we have so far done and funded all the test we could do at our clinic the only test that will tell us what the reason for his seizures are from is a MRI .
Alberta Lost Pet locator and Rescue is a fully licensed non profit rescue society who is funded mostly by our own income /fundraisers ant the few donations we get .
Due to our rescue having to pay other animals vet care lately We are unable at this point to afford the cost of an MRI for Houdini .
We are asking for your help .
The cheapest MRI is in SK Prices ranges from 1000.00 to 1600.00 plus the cost of a consult .We are hoping that our fellow animal lovers can help us raise the money we need to get Houdini the MRI he needs

Houdini was surrendered to our rescue 2 years ago .
After months of rehabilitation and after a fail transfer to another rescue resulting in Houdini escaping and being missing for 5 days .
We decided to make Houdini one of permanent sanctuary dog
We are hoping to be able to book Houdini's MRI in the next 10 days Please help us help this very deserving dog Him and us thank you from the bottom of our heart .Thank you

Yesterday was a tough day for Houdini .He had 6 seizures one today so far After talking to our vet jodi we did up his dose of Pheno .Jodi would him on Pheno for 2 weeks minimum before doing the MRI So the MRI has now been booked for the end of June .This a very trying for Houdini and i .He has become more insecure the good thing that most of the time he is going to have a seizure he does come to be held .So that tells me he can feel them coming on Thank you very much for your support everyone .I cannot express by word how much i do appreciated
