Hello all, my name is Malia

My heart is crushed. My beautiful and loving kitty Shadow's belly is distended and she needs surgery immediately.

I would spend all the money I have to save her, but sadly what I make is not enough.

I am asking all of you Pet Lovers and Dear Friends to help me.

If she were in pain or the light in her eyes dulled,

I would accept it and let her go, but to euthanize her because I don't make enough money to save her breaks my heart.

If you donate just a little money, I would be so thankful.

If Shadow could talk instead of meow she would thank you right meow!

Shadow is a beloved member of our family.

Any amount will help.

I am overwhelmed with the support and encouragement from the community.Because of everyone's generosity I was able to get Shadow the surgery she needed. Unfortunately, in recovery her little body went into shock.She was brought to me and put in my arms and peacefully passed away.Had she not had the surgery her death would have been abrupt and painful.I have no regrets I fought for her life.She had no more fight in her. Thank you again. You all are amazing!

Helping Hands just called and they don't want to wait longer than 7:00 am tomorrow (Tuesday) to perform surgery. I NOW HAVE 16 HOURS TO RAISE THE MONEY.

UPDATE: Helping Hands Vet. Hospital is reviewing Shadow's records to schedule her surgery which could be as soon as today! The unfortunate news is $800 still needs to be raised for her to have it done. Even a few dollars adds up and goes a long way. Please help! Time is of the essence. SAVE SHADOW
